2024 Formula 1 Constructors Championship Preview
There are not too many changes for F1 fans to get their heads around for the new season, in terms of tires, the alternative tire allocation which was experimented with during the 2023 season at both the Hungarian and Italian Grand Prix has been thrown out of the window. It was initially trialled as a cost-cutting experiment where teams only used 11 instead of 13 sets of tires, it will be thirteen sets used at every GP this season.
The other change will come with the 'Sprint Weekends' which are the marmite of the F1, some love them, some hate them and the drivers have been calling for changes. For 2024, sprint qualification will take place on Friday along with free practice, the sprint race will then take place on Saturday before the qualification for the main race.

Logan Sargeant, the last to be announced retains his seat at Williams which means the 2024 lineup will be as we finished 2023. The only change from the start of the 2023 season is Daniel Ricciardo replacing Nyck de Vries, a seat he took up after ten rounds last year.
The entrant under Sauber after they split from Alfa Romeo after the 2023 season with Alfa leaving F1 have now been rebranded as Stake F1 Team Kick Sauber.
Another team that will undergo a rebrand is AlphaTauri, with the team being moved to Milton Keynes they are now known as 'Visa Cash App RB F1 Team' whilst Aston Martin will no longer carry 'Cognizant' in their name.

2023 Constructors Recap
Red Bull headed into 2023 looking to defend their title and could not have made a better start with a 1-2 in the opening Bahrain Grand Prix, Max winning and Sergio in second and that was a sign of things to come in 2023!
The first race that the Red Bull team failed to win was the Singapore Grand Prix, which was round 15 of the season! They went to Japan a round later and sealed the Constructors Championship with six races to spare.
They eventually went on to win twenty-one of the twenty-two rounds, Carlos Sainz's win in Singapore was the only race in 2023 that Red Bull did not win in one of the most dominating seasons in the constructor's title you will see.
Aston Martin started strong but tailed off, McLaren had a shocking start but got their act together eventually whilst Mercedes and Ferrari just had no answer to the Red Bull cars.
