Scheduled to take place in April of each year at the Aintree racecourse during the Grand National meeting is the Nickel Coin Mares Bumper, a Grade 2 race that is open to fillies and mares aged between 4yo and 6yo.

The race is run over just shy of two miles and one furlong and is named in honour of the 1951 Grand National winning mare Nickel Coin.
