Rumours of a Bitcoin reserve being created by US President Donald Trump are growing stronger and stronger and odds are now given on betting sites for it to happen imminently during the Presidents first 100 days.
Senator Cynthia Lummis has previously supported Bitcoin and campaigned for Bitcoin reserve and has also written a bill that sees the United States buy one billion of Bitcoin over the next five years.
Lummis posted on her X account that Trump signing an Executive Order calling for the creation of a sovereign wealth fund a "₿ig deal" with the ₿ the same logo used for Bitcoin.
U.S. crypto czar David Sacks yesterday said that his working group will be looking at the feasibility of a Bitcoin reserve and it truly looks like a matter of when, not if, it'll happen.

Bitcoin saw a surge in the past 24 hours following Eric Trump, son of President Donald, posting his support for Bitcoin on his X account in the early hours this morning.
Speaking on his account, Eric Trump posted: "Feels like a great time to enter #BTC! 🚀" while also tagging World Liberty Financial which is a cryptocurrency portal.
That post instantly saw a boost of £2,000 for Bitcoin's value with Eric previously endorsing Ethereum on Monday as his cryptocurrency endorsements continue.
