Pressure on Rachel Reeves after first few months in role

Week-by-week we've seen the pressure ramp up on Rachel Reeves as Chancellor of the Exchequer with the UK's financial climate continuing to struggle.

Wednesday morning has seen the first positive news around the UK inflation rates with it dipping in December for the first time in three months.

Prices rose up 2.5% in the year to December according to the Office for National Statistics and this can be taken as a win for Reeves after a tough past few weeks.
