David Moyes is the new betting favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave
West Ham manager David Moyes is the new favourite with bookies to be the next Premier League manager to leave his role following Frank Lampard's sacking on Monday.
Lampard was the odds-on favourite to leave after Everton's 2-0 defeat to Moyes' West Ham on Saturday and this was proven right on Monday with Lampard leaving the Toffees.
Moyes though is now the betting favourite with Paddy Power to leave his role next with the latest betting odds giving him a 60% chance of being the next manager to go.
Next Premier League manager to go (8th manager) | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|
David Moyes | 4/6 | 60.0% |
Antonio Conte | 9/2 | 18.2% |
Jesse Marsch | 6/1 | 14.3% |
Brendan Rodgers | 13/2 | 13.3% |
Gary O'Neil | 8/1 | 11.1% |
Leeds manager Jesse Marsch has seemingly been under pressure from Leeds fans in recent weeks but still remains third favourite to be the next manager to leave in the Premier League this season.
There have already been seven managerial departures in the league this season with 10 overall being dismissed last season.
David Moyes is now the betting favourite to be the next Premier League manager to leave with bookies saying there's a 60% chance that the West Ham boss is dismissed next!

Tottenham manager Antonio Conte is the second favourite to leave his role at 9/2
Reports in Italy over the past few days have suggested that Tottenham boss Antonio Conte will leave the club at the end of the season.
Spurs have reportedly offered Conte a new contract with the Italian manager not currently thinking about his future currently.
Conte's current deal runs out on June 30 with Tottenham able to extend it by another year but the club want Conte to sign a new deal.
Next Manager To Be Sacked Betting Odds
West Ham are as big as 6/1 to be relegated after big win against Everton at the weekend
Despite Moyes being odds-on to be the next Premier League manager to leave his role, the Hammers are as big as 6/1 to be relegated from the league this year.
Bournemouth are the heavy favourites to go down this season with bookies making them 1/4 to be relegated giving them an 80% chance of going down.
The Cherries, Everton, Southampton, Forest, Wolves, Leeds and Leicester are all shorter in the betting than West Ham to go down this campaign.
It may well be though that West Ham's struggles this season end up leaving the board with no choice other than sacking Moyes at some point in the coming weeks.
West Ham's 3 points against Everton at the weekend were vital in the Hammers staying clear from a relegation battle. Bookies give odds of 6/1 that West Ham are relegated from the Premier League this season!
