Betting specials are now being offered for the next 12 months of Horse Racing action with various odds offered around a variety of different outcomes that may take place.

One of the most popular bets that bookmakers are offering sees odds of 5/1 given that Willie Mullins will have 9 or more winners at the 2024 Cheltenham Festival.

Last year's Festival saw Mullins have 6 total winners at the Festival and this year he'll be looking for a better performance to echo that of 2022 where he set a record.

Mullins trained a record 10 winners at the 2022 Cheltenham Festival and the latest betting odds say there's a 16% chance that he hits 9 or more at this year's event.

What the expert says...

The maestro of Closutton accomplished this feat in 2022 registering 10 festival winners from 63 runners and with his likely strong raiding party in 2024 it would be no surprise to see him do it again

Further specials also look at how many British trained winners will be at the Festival

British owners will be looking to have a better Cheltenham Festival than last year where they had a total of 10 winners across the 28 renewals at the Festival.

Great Britain takes on Ireland in the famous Prestbury Cup which is a battle for the most winners over the course of the four-day meeting.

Britain has not won the Prestbury Cup since way back in 2015 and bookmakers say there's a 3/1 chance of 12 or more GB trained winners at the Festival to give them a helping hand to winning.

Odds also offered on Frankie Dettori making a return to British Racing

Frankie Dettori announced his retirement from Horse Racing last year but towards the back end of 2023 said he will continue riding in the United States.

This has led to bookmakers offering odds that he will ride at Royal Ascot later this year with Paddy Power at one point giving 1/8 that he rides there.

Current betting odds say there's a 6/4 chance for Frankie Dettori to ride a Winner at Royal Ascot in 2024 with those odds suggesting a 40% implied probability.
