The US Presidential Election is now just weeks away and Elon Musk has steadily become a key figure for Donald Trump's run to be re-elected as President of the United States.
Over the past month Musk has spoken about Trump's chances of winning the election through odds on crypto-based prediction site Polymarket which sees a whole host of markets offered on a variety of outcomes.
One of those markets is for the US Presidential Election and Musk has posted on his X account around odds changing for Trump to win in recent weeks.
Numerous social media accounts started to report on anonymous user “Fredi9999” upping his total bets to $4m on Trump to win and this saw Musk post about the odds too.
Now betting sites are offering odds of 6/4 that Musk claims that he has placed a bet on Trump to win the US Election before polling day on 5 November 2024.

Elon Musk has become more and more predominant in the current US Presidential Election battle with a recent appearance at a rally for Donald Trump in Pennsylvania.
Musk, the richest human in the world has recently donated around $75 million into the pro-Trump America PAC as well as hosting a live interview with him streamed live on Musk's social media platform X.
Reports from Politico points to a new campaign finance filing that shows Musk as the sole donor to this PAC, Political Action Committee, to support Trump's run to be re-elected.
