The Blackouts still favourites to win this year's Britain's Got Talent

As the Britain’s Got Talent 2025 competition heats up, the betting market is starting to evolve with Golden Buzzer acts gaining traction and fan favourites solidifying their positions.

According to the latest odds from Bet365, The Blackouts remain favourites at 7/2 but the spotlight is now firmly on Maya Giotea who’s been cut to 7/1 after a powerful showing and the backing of judge Bruno Tonioli.

In last week’s BGT odds update, The Blackouts had already moved into the top spot and while they’ve held that position the market around them is now shifting.

UK Betting Sites will continue to offer odds on the show as the weeks progress and we get closer to the semi-final stage.

What the expert says...
Maya Giotea is exactly the kind of act that flourishes in the BGT format with a powerful story, a surprise vocal, and a Golden Buzzer moment to propel her into the spotlight. With her odds now at 7/1, punters clearly see her as one to watch heading into the semis!

Maya Giotea Makes Her Move

Bruno Tonioli’s Golden Buzzer pick, 14-year-old vocalist Maya Giotea, stole the show last weekend with her emotional performance and has now emerged as a serious contender in the betting.

After being largely unmentioned in last week’s market, her price has now halved, placing her firmly among the top six acts.

Meanwhile Stacey Leadbeatter remains steady at 5/1 and Linda Mudzena, whose audition has continued to trend across social platforms, has shortened slightly to 15/2.
