Good to see Grosvenor opening a sportsbook after being such an established casino already. First impression is that the site is really classy, with a slick interface that is just so easy to navigate. I have experienced some technical issues when using the Grosvenor Sports app as well as the mobile website but do not seem to have any issues when using the desktop site. Grosvenor seems to offer decent odds and some good bonuses. Customer service response times on their live chat aren't great but I've had no problems with the actual customer service itself. Withdrawing winnings is also hassle-free and withdrawals a processed pretty quickly. All-in-all, there is room for improvement with Grosvenor but they are one of the bookies that I continue to use and one that I would potentially recommend.
