Toronto's new seasonal outdoor concert venue will open in the Summer
Live Nation Canada released their plans for Rogers Stadium just a fortnight ago with new images showing how the purpose-built music venue will look in Toronto.
The 50,000 capacity arena will be built on the former Downsview Airport Lands, which is now known simply as YZD, and will eventually see millions of concert-goers attend each year.
Looking at the early betting market for headliners, bands like Queen and Coldplay would fit in perfectly at the Rogers Stadium with their performances suiting the open-air environment.

Toronto's own Drake is out to 6/1 in the betting market
Toronto native Drake is surely a shoe-in to headline a gig at the Rogers Stadium at some point in the future with his odds currently out at 6/1 to headline a show there in 2025.
Champagne Papi made a surprise appearance at Rebel nightclub earlier this week but it could be that it's the 50,000 capacity arena that sees him perform in his hometown next.
Drake's most recent concerts in his hometown have taken place at the Scotiabank Arena where his favourite NBA team the Toronto Raptors play their games.
