Reality TV show Survivor is back for it's reboot after its first two series flopped on ITV more than 20 years ago and we now see the BBC try their hands at it.

Bookmakers are already offering odds on who will win the show after the castaways were announced earlier this week and it's 30-year-old Tinuke Oyediran who is top of the market to win the show.

The series is set to premiere this Saturday, 28th October on BBC One and the iPlayer with a total of 16 episodes set to air across the series.

Betway are offering a full market over who will win the show with Tinuke favourite at 7/2 ahead of 45-year-old Sabrina Pace-Humphreys at 4/1.

What is Survivor?

Survivor is a reality television series that sees a group of 18 contestants marooned on a tropical island to compete against each other for the title of 'Sole Survivor'.

The winner of the show receives a £100,000 prize as the castaways try to survive with a limited amount of supplies and a variety of challenges to test them.

Joel Dommett will host the reboot of the show which will begin on Saturday and the official trailer for the show has been released by the BBC below.

There are a total of 18 contestants, or castaways, that will be starring on the show and facing off against each other for the £100,000 prize.

The castaways are from a large range of different backgrounds ranging from a professional boxer, to footballer, to surfing instructor and more.

18 castaways are revealed below along with their ages and where they come from, with the tribe that they will be a part of next to them.
