Betting markets are already starting on who will appear on this year's Strictly series

We're still six months away from the first bunch of celebrities being announced for the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing and bookies are already offering odds on who might appear.

Winter Love Island winners Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan appear in the betting market to be on the next series of Strictly with their popularity at an all time high after the show finished.

Their odds are big though with William Hill making Fagan 14/1 and Harrinanan 25/1 to be a contestant on the 2023 series of Strictly Come Dancing.

As of yet there have been no Love Island stars who have been on Strictly Come Dancing but this year may be the year that this all changes.

Strictly bosses try and stay clear of Reality stars appearing on the show as they tend to stick to more traditional areas of celebrity from sport stars to TV presenters.

Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan won this year's Love Island

Despite being outsiders for the show throughout the season it was Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan who ended up as the winners of Winter Love Island.

Kai and Sanam were as big as 50/1 to win the show at one point and only became favourites with bookmakers in the last week of the series.

The pair officially announced that they were a couple now in an interview following their return to the UK from the South African villa and may stick together in their future ventures.

Former football Jill Scott is as short as 6/4 to appear on Strictly

Former Lionesses player and I'm A Celebrity winner is as short as 6/4 to be a contestant on this year's series of Strictly Come Dancing towards the back end of the year.

Scott was announced as the captain of England in the latest Soccer Aid match taking place in June and betting odds are available on a whole host of career paths for Scott.

Bookmakers say there's a 40% chance that she appears in the latest series of Strictly Come Dancing after winning I'm A Celebrity at the back end of 2022.

Scott may well want to do the Reality double by winning Strictly as well as I'm A Celeb and she's a short price to do so according to Betway.
