Steve Cooper now odds-on at 1/2 to be the next Premier League manager to leave

Nottingham Forest manager Steve Cooper is now odds-on at 1/2 with UK Betting Sites to be the next Premier League manager to be sacked after his side's dismal 2-0 defeat to Aston Villa at the weekend.

Poor defending and poor effort from Forest made it easy for Villa to win and the pressure will have heaped on Cooper further going into the latter stages of the season.

Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis said last week: “We wish to end speculation, false and disruptive reporting in the media to say that Steve Cooper remains our manager at Nottingham Forest”.

BetVictor now say there's a 66% chance that Cooper is the next manager to leave the Premier League following the weekend's action.

David Moyes 6/1 second favourite after West Ham's win at the weekend

West Ham manager David Moyes is second favourite to leave at 6/1 with bookies despite his team winning away at Fulham at the weekend.

Saturday's 1-0 victory over Fulham through a Harrison Reid own goal wasn't enough for their fans with chants of "you don't know what you're doing" coming from the away end at the weekend.

Moyes Out banners is the away end were waved despite the victory too with a portion of Hammers fans really turning against Moyes at the head of the club.
