There has been a shift in the odds at the top of the market for betting on the Next James Bond as No Time to Die has shown Daniel Craig's final Bond performance.
Tom Hardy has long been the favourite on betting sites to step into Danial Craig's vacant Bond shoes, but in recent days, Richard Madden has been elevated to the top of the betting market thanks to bets being placed with bookmakers.

Richard Madden is a recognisable face to both UK and international TV viewers as the Golden Globe winning protection Officer in The Bodyguard, and rather more internationally famous as Robb Stark in Game of Thrones.
Betting odds on Richard Madden have tumbled from 20/1 to 5/2 favourite signifying many big bets being placed on the Game of Thrones actor becoming the next James Bond - and a Scottish one at that!

Tom Hardy Still Popular in Polls
A recent YouGov Poll had Tom Hardy topping out the voters choice for the next to play the role, and here at OLBG we also polled our members and came up with the same result with 55% of voters going for Hardy followed by 26% for Idris Elba
The bookmakers odds will be largely governed by the money being placed in bets on the various options so it is clear that the money is talking for Richard Madden at this point in time.
Tom Hardy scored 55% in a poll for the Next James bond with OLBG members followed by Idris Elba at 26%. Hardy's odds of winning the role have drifted out a little and shrewd punters may return and back him again.
