Former MP Nigel Farage is now just 4/1 to win I'm A Celebrity this year after his odds were slashed by bookies

Controversial figure Nigel Farage has moved into 4/1 with Bookmakers to win this year's series of I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here! ahead of the opening show on Sunday.

Early odds had Farage place as one of the outsiders in the betting market at 18/1 to win but his odds have slowly been shortening in the past week to the 4/1 he's at now.

The current market sees Farage as the second favourite to win with the latest odds from William Hill giving him an implied probability of 20% to win the show this year.

This Morning presenter and Big Brother 2010 winner Josie Gibson is the favourite to win the show with odds of 3/1 putting her just ahead of Farage in the betting.

Josie Gibson is firm favourite at the top of the betting market to win the show

Josie Gibson moved into the top of the market after the campmates were officially announced at the start of the week and it looks like she'll remain there.

Gibson is a popular figure on British TV with her charming personality part of the reason why she originally won Big Brother back in 2010.

She then turned to stardom herself with presenting gigs and now currently is one of several presenters on ITV's flagship daytime show This Morning.
