Eurovision takes forever to come around, and then all of a sudden it is on top of you. This week sees the two semi-finals before the final on Saturday 14th May, and we have taken a look at some bets that can be had on the UK in a year when it predicted, we may do a whole lot better than in recent times.
The UK has finished last on 5 occasions since Jessica Garlick finished in 3rd in 2002, and that includes last place in the last 2 competitions, however, bookmakers offer odds of 33/1 to finish last in 2022, and 66/1 to finish with no points, as James Newman did last year with the song 'Embers'
However, in the last few days, the UK have been backed with bookies taking so many bets, that they have cut the price of a UK win to 7/1 from previous 10/1 odds, increasing the probability according to the odds from 9.09% to 12.50%.
