France have shortened into second favourites to win this year's Eurovision Song Contest
The betting market has changed once again for this year's Eurovision Song Contest with France now shortening into second favourites with UK Betting Sites to win the event in May.
France had been 4th favourites for Eurovision back at the beginning of February but have since shortened right down to second favourites behind Sweden.
Hype has been building up around Louane's entry ever since she was confirmed to be representing her country at the famous Song Contest.
William Hill have now shortened France's odds from 8/1 into 6/1 to win Eurovision in May with Louane's song set to be a powerful and emotional ballad about her late mother.

Sweden remain betting favourites to win Eurovision once again
Sweden still sit at the top of the betting market to win Eurovision this year with their odds also shortening from 4/1 into 5/2 to win the contest.
We are yet to find out who will represent Sweden at Eurovision in May with Melodifestivalen still ongoing after the fourth heat last Saturday.
The final of Melodifestivalen 2025 will take place on March 8 where we will find out who will be the Swedish entry for Eurovision.

Basel set to host the Eurovision Song Contest in 2025
St. Jakobshalle, Basel, will host this year's Eurovision Song Contest Final on Saturday 17 May after Switzerland won the 2024 event.
Numerous host cities applications were entered for Eurovision with Geneva coming runner-up to Basel for selection as host of the famous event.
St. Jakobshalle will host with a capacity of just over 12,000 and it'll be a huge night and week of action as it always is with 26 countries going against each other to be crowned winner.
