Former second favourite Joe Phillips was fired by Lord Sugar in last week's show

Joe Phillips was 4/1 to win the show according to our betting industry insider last week but was fired by Lord Sugar on the show.

Despite calling himself the "James Bond of business" Joe didn't leave a mark in Lord Sugar's boardroom and was chosen to leave.

Rochelle Anthony was project manager for Team Affinity but managed to get away with being fired despite Sugar saying she "overpromised and grossly under-delivered" in the task.
