This McLaren is genuinely quick this weekend and Norris showed that by setting the fastest time in spring qualifying, even if it was only in SQ2, so I think considering how much Norris enjoys the pure racing aspect and how much he might be left squandered in 5th with the cars in front then I could see him setting the fastest lap in this one.

I think you’d have to say that goals look pretty likely in this one. With Liverpool’s bad and lethargic form lately combined with Postecoglou’s bullish attitude following the Chelsea defeat then I can see the away side showing up here and Son in particular is due a big showing and I think he’ll enjoy the space on that side of the pitch at Anfield, so I am backing him first goal here.

Liverpool just look really flat to me and if that happens again then I think the Spurs forward line will make them pay and Alexander-Arnold is a suspect defender and you’d imagine a player of Son’s quality will take advantage of any space left, so I can see the Liverpool ‘RB’ being booked in one of those scenarios.

Brighton are poor defensively and in awful form and conceding goals for fun against good teams whilst Villa scored 6 in the reverse fixture. Brighton are in awful form and Villa won 6-1 when they last met, so I am backing the away team to score first here. I don’t think Moder is a massive fouler in the midfielder but that Villa midfield can be difficult to win the ball off which is Brighton’s MO whilst he has picked up a couple of bookings in just 500 minutes of football this season, so against a top side then I could see him being booked here.

I think when you’re leaving a relegation fight then leaders are needed and Mina, who scored a penalty against Juventus last home match, is likely to return to the line up here and he is a huge leader both in terms of stature and personality whilst he’s scored from plenty of set pieces in his career, so I am backing him first goal in this one.
