Kemi Badenoch is now the odds-on favourite to be voted in as Next Conservative Leader
Betting markets have now changed right around for the next Conservative Party Leader with Kemi Badenoch now moving into odds-on favourite with UK Betting Sites for the role after the latest round of voting.
Wednesday's shock result saw Badenoch and Robert Jenrick head through to the final round of the Conservative leadership contest after James Cleverly was knocked out of the running.
Cleverly received the least votes on Wednesday's vote in a shock turn for the books which saw him dumped out of the battle and leaving just Badenoch and Jenrick against each other.
Bet365's latest betting odds now put Badenoch as the 4/9 favourite to win the leadership voting with Jenrick out to 13/8 to be voted in.
This is a big difference from the odds at the start of the week where Badenoch was an 11/2 outsider to be made Tory leader.

James Cleverly was shockingly eliminated from the race on Wednesday
Gasps echoed around Parliament on Wednesday when the result of the latest round of the Conservative leadership race was announced declaring that James Cleverly was eliminated.
Cleverly received 37 votes from Tory members with that number seeing him sit behind Badenoch on 42 and Jenrick on 41 which ultimately cut him out of the race.
The MP had been made the betting favourite to be the next Conservative leader after he topped the ballot for the third round of voting last week but 6 days later he finished bottom.

Winner will be announced at the beginning of November
The last round of voting for the next Conservative Party leader will be announced on 2 November with the final two candidates remaining.
September 4 saw the first candidate eliminated with Priti Patel exiting the race after finishing bottom of the votes, followed by Mel Stride on 10 September in the second round of voting.
Both of those rounds saw Robert Jenrick win the most votes followed by Kemi Badenoch and it's those two are the final two in the race to be the next Tory leader.
