Odds now given on the outcome of Manchester City's 115 charges with fine given the shortest price
Manchester City are expected to finally face their trial over the 115 charges that were given against them by the Premier League for alleged financial irregularity towards the back end of the year and odds are now given over what the outcome may be.
Despite reports that a hearing date is in place in November this year it may not be until next summer that we see the outcome of the trial with no concrete dates given by either City or the Premier League yet.
The overall charges include 68 different charges around failure to provide correct financial details across 2009-10 to 2017-18 with a further 7 charges given for breaching Premier League's PSR rules, similar to what Everton and Nottingham Forest were given points deductions for last season.
Bookies now say there's a 33% chance that City will face a fine for their 115 charges when the outcome is eventually given, with a points deduction currently given a 20% probability according to the betting market.

What the expert says...
Expulsion from the Premier League is a 16/1 shot with six different outcomes given odds for
There are a whole host of different outcomes that are constantly repeated by news aggregators around City's 115 charges, both realistic and ones that are clearly for clickbait purposes.
Expulsion from the Premier League is one of those that seemingly fits between the two with a guilty verdict for City looking like it'll give a fine at the very least.
It may well be that a significant points deduction for City sees them have a slim chance of staying in the Premier League with more than 40 points deducted making it tough for a team of City's standards to stay in the league.
Trial is expected to take place in November according to recent report in The Times
According to a report in The Times, it'll be November in which the hearing takes place for Manchester City's 115 charges case with both City and the Premier League putting forward their cases.
The hearing will take place in front of an independent panel over a six-week period with the summer of 2025 expected to be when we see the outcome released judging by previous cases we've seen.
Everton's hearing for breaching PSR for example lasted just three days but it wasn't until a month which we saw the decision for their points deduction announced.
That may well mean that the length of City's hearing will mean a number of months until we hear the outcome of the case and see if the club are punished for the charges.
