Big places up for grabs in Gareth Southgate's Euro 2024 squad ahead of announcement
Tuesday sees Gareth Southgate announce his 26-man squad for this summer's Euro 2024 tournament and bookmakers are offering betting odds ahead of the announcement.
Some massive positions are still uncertain in the squad including the forward positions with Southgate obviously taking Harry Kane up top but uncertainty around who joints him in the squad.
Other positions up for grabs include in defence with back-up to John Stones and Harry Maguire needed and it's unclear who will be the players that slot in as cover behind them.
Everton centre-back Jarrad Branthwaite looks like he could be involved with bookmakers giving odds of 1/5 that he makes the squad after receiving his first call up to the senior team back in March.
To make 26-man Euro 2024 England Squad - Defenders | Odds | Probability |

What the expert says...
Left-back position could be one of the most important spots in the squad
Southgate will be nervous around his left-back spot ahead of this summer's European Championship with uncertainty surrounding the fitness of his key players in the role.
Manchester United left-back Luke Shaw has struggled throughout the season to be consistently fit and hasn't played for United for a number of weeks now.
Chelsea's Ben Chilwell is also out injured currently and it's unclear who could replace them in the squad with it likely that it will be Kieran Trippier who plays in the tournament if the other two aren't fit.
Trippier has previously played left-back for Southgate before and he's now as short as 1/12 to be in the 26-man squad that travel to Germany this summer.
