Italy hosted their Sanremo 2023 Festival last week with Marco Mengoni winning the chance to represent his country again at Eurovision.
This instantly caused bookmakers to move their odds down with William Hill making Italy just 7/1 to win this year's Eurovision making them the new third favourites in the market.

Despite hosting the event in Liverpool this year the UK don't even feature towards the top of the betting anymore with their odds drifting out to 12/1 to win.
The UK's candidate hasn't been announced yet but we should know who will be their entrant in the next few weeks.
Ukraine remain the betting favourites for this year's Eurovision Song Contest
Ukraine are still the outright favourites to win Eurovision as they have been since the betting market was introduced after last year's winning performance.
Their odds have moved in from the 11/4 that they were last week to just 6/4 now with a 40% chance of winning the Song Contest according to the market.
The country's inability to host the Song Contest due to the ongoing conflict with Russia means that the United Kingdom will host the award show.
"Heart of Steel" performed by Tvorchi will be Ukraine's entrant to this year's Song Contest with the country looking to win it for the second year in a row.
