Judd Trump is favourite to win the 2025 World Snooker Championship
Betting odds are now available on the 2025 World Snooker Championship with a month to go until the massive tournament takes place and one man leading the way in the betting market.
Judd Trump has enjoyed a dominant season and arrives at The Crucible with strong momentum having reached multiple finals this year.
Trump will be confident of securing his second world title, adding to his 2019 triumph, with UK Betting Sites putting him as the clear favourite in the market to win the event.
William Hill's latest odds have Trump as the 7/2 favourite with those odds giving an implied probability of 22.2% that he is crowned champion for the second time in his career.
2025 World Snooker Championship Winner | Odds | Probability |
---|---|---|

Ronnie O’Sullivan | 6/1 | 14.3% |
Mark Selby | 7/1 | 12.5% |
Kyren Wilson | 8/1 | 11.1% |
Neil Robertson | 12/1 | 7.7% |
Mark Allen | 12/1 | 7.7% |
Shaun Murphy | 12/1 | 7.7% |
Trump can net £100,000 bonus in the coming weeks
This year, the first player that hits 100 century breaks on the World Snooker Tour will receive a huge £100,000 bonus and Trump looks like he has a great chance of doing so.
Two more century breaks against Lei Peifan at the Players Championship on Tuesday saw his tally for the season rise to 88 and he comes up against Shaun Murphy on Thursday night looking to extend that tally.
With just 12 more needed and more snooker to play, including the Tour Championship at the end of March, Trump could head into the season-ending World Championship only needing a small amount of centuries to hit 100.
O’Sullivan Chasing Eighth Title
Ronnie O’Sullivan remains a major threat despite his 6/1 odds suggesting he is not the outright favourite.
The seven-time champion thrives under the pressure of the biggest stage and could yet roll back the years once again despite being away from the sport in the past few months.
O'Sullivan has not been seen on the professional circuit since he smashed his cue in the Championship League back in January but he is expected to return for the World Championship.
