Adele is now the 6/5 favourite to win Record of the Year at the 2023 GRAMMY awards

Adele is the bookmakers favourite at 6/5 to win the Record of the Year award at the 2023 GRAMMYs with her song 'Easy On Me' one of the leading nominations for the award.

It looks like it'll be a two horse race between English contenders with Adele and Harry Styles at the top of the betting market to win the big award this year.

Harry Styles song 'As It Was' has been all over the airwaves in the last 12 months and it's 7/4 that he wins the Record of the Year award.

Beyonce will always be one of the favourites whenever she is nominated at the Grammys and it could well be a case of Adele v Beyonce all over again.

Adele used her 2017 Album of the Year winning speech at the show to praise Beyonce and even offer her half of her award.

Beyonce was favourite for Album of the Year when the original nominations for the award were released

When the nominees were originally released for the 2023 Grammys it was Beyonce who was originally the heavy favourite for a whole host of awards including Album of the Year. 

Bookies instantly made Beyonce's album Renaissance the 5/4 favourite to win Album of the Year ahead of Adele but the odds have now flipped with Adele into favourite for the award.

Beyonce is nominated for 9 awards at this year's show which puts her tied with husband Jay-Z as the most nominated artist in Grammys history with 88 overall.

Adele is also favourite for Song of the Year which focuses more on songwriting and composition

Adele is also the betting favourite to win Song of the Year at this year's Grammys with 'Easy On Me' also nominated for the award.

The difference between Record and Song of the Year is that the Song award focuses more on songwriting and composition with Record focusing on the producers more.

Easy On Me has 5 people as well as Adele who worked on the song with Greg Kurstin a producer, Julian Burg, Tom Elmhirst & Greg Kurstin all engineers/mixers and Randy Merrill the mastering engineer.

Adele's song is slightly bigger in the betting to win this award with bookies giving odds of 6/4 and a 40% chance that she wins Song of the Year too.
