This Betiton review also comes with information on the latest welcome offer in the banner below.
We recommend that you read the full review before deciding to open a Betiton account as you will want to know if it suits your betting style and what you are looking for from an online bookmaker rather than just opening for the welcome bonus alone.
If you just can't wait, be assured that the offer displayed below is automatically checked and updated daily to ensure it is accurate and you get the offer you are expecting upon opening a new betiton account.
The newest online betting site to make it to the pages of OLBG [March 2020], Betiton comes from the Aspire stable of brands and offers another option for your sports betting, with the focus very much in play football, horse racing and a wide range of eSports betting options
The in play football betting screens are chock full of great up to the minute statistical information to assist you when making in running betting decision on the game of your choice.
And when those bets are looking good, or hopefully not, bad, then you have the options for full cash out and partial cash out on selected betting markets.
Betiton do not appear on any odds comparison websites as yet, but a quick look through a few events and comparing them directly with those that do show up well with odds show that they are not too far off the mark. You will be able to find better odds event by event and market by market if you put in the time, but they do price up events fairly from the comparisons I have done.
If following betting tips, you are going to be getting good odds a lot of the time.
They are not particularly stand-out in any area but have fair odds to most other online bookies.
One great thing about Betiton is they use a very familiar betting platform that is very clear and easy to use. So finding the football match you want to make a bet on should be a quick and easy process. If you have some football tips you want to place into an accumulator, you will be able to achieve this in just a few clicks.
A simple betting platform makes finding your bet and placing it a quick and easy process. Ideal when you are on the go.
The view on the horse racing may be a bit basic for the more advanced horse racing betting fans, but again it is clear and simple if you are looking for no more than making a bet. The odds history is a nice add, so you can see if your selections is going up or down in price. If you are looking for in-depth form or horse racing tips, then you'll not be finding them on Betiton.
At the time of researching this Betiton review, I found 13 other sports available for betting on. This is not the deepest selection but the most popular sports are all included as well as specialised events such as eSports betting.
As mentioned previously within this Betiton review, the user experience is a simple one. Working well on both desktop or preferably mobile, the view is clear, active areas obvious and the bet placement procedure simple and quick. I would say that the response to the live chat was quite slow but no more than I expected when the auto-suggest Q&A feature was pushed heavily before the option to connect to an agent was made available.
The FAQ's are quite good though with most queries able to be answered without getting through to an agent.
The account opening procedure was normal and nothing out of the ordinary.
10/10 for simplicity. nothing too complicated, great FAQ's section but live chat could have been more responsive
Placing a bet is as simple as you would want it to be on Betiton. Simply make your selections and they will be added to your betslip which can be accessed by clicking one of the icons that appear toward the bottom of the screen.
You then have the option of adding your stake, whereby the potential return is displayed, and if you have made more than one selection, the multiple bet options are also available for adding a stake too.
Beware if using the 'system bet' option the odds are not displayed.
Potential returns are displayed along with odds on Single and Combo bet options, but not on System bets for some reason.
Registering for an account was quick and easy. personal info and security setting are required of course. Please note than no visa or mastercard depositing options are available at the time of writing. Whether this will change as the site becomes more mature or not, we will have to wait and see.
eWallet bank management options are available and are preferable with betting sites in this day and age not to mention much quicker for withdrawals.
Adding personal details and setting up security was quick and easy and I was ready to bet after finding the host of banking options that did not include Visa or Mastercard
Personal Limits, Time out and self-exclusion options are readily discoverable and available for use if you betting gets out of hand. Betiton are part of the Aspire group, so be aware that any self-exclusion option will also exclude you from the associated brands under the company too.
A full suite of responsible gambling tools is available from Betiton.
We are pleased to inform in this BetitON betting site review than the global phenomenon and explosion that is eSports is covered. In fact, it is promoted alongside both horse racing and football as one of their main features. They cover a considerable number of events, and rate as a great eSports betting option
Betiton seem to be putting big focus on eSports betting, with a wide range of available events and markets.
I THINK BETITON ARE A CUSTOMER ORIENTATED COMPANY WHO ALWAYS WANT TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER BEST ODDS, CARE AND NOTHING BUT SATISFACTION WHEN PLACING THEIR BETS
The service is fast and friendly they provide a wide range of markets which suit my needs.
excellent customer service
Okay, they don't have best odds on horse, but they do give acca bonuses which I have to say is very good. The site has a good look to it, and you can tell they've put some thought into it... they don't have an app, but I don't think they need one; their site is easy enough to use on any browser. If they had best odds on all UK&Irish racing they could attract quite a bit of business.
Does exactly what it says on the tin, no frills experience.
A good betting app for your football
Unless they put up odds later on in the day, there doesn't appear to be any early prices, which is most disappointing. No BOG either by the looks of it.
Applied for a betiton.com account and after they carried out third party 'age verification' through a third party, they accepted my registration and opened my account. Betiton.com then took my deposit via PayPal and allowed me to place bet freely. When my joining bonus didn’t appear I enquired and was told I didn’t qualify and should refer to their bonus terms and conditions. I read the terms and told them they were wrong and that I did qualify for the bonus. I quoted the relevant terms of their offer and they gave a clumsy, ‘befuddled’ excuse for their error. The bonus was immediately added. When my bets settled, some winning and others losing, I decided to withdraw my initial deposit amount back to my PayPal account. The following day betiton.com blocked the request demanding I provide FOUR forms of identification, including passport and driver licence, as well as a photo of me holding one of the ID documents. I did not wish to give the documents but they refused to give my money back otherwise. As such I relented and provided them. However, Betiton.com continued to refuse to give my money back stating they now needed a close photo of my face next to the ID. I was not happy at this. As well as the personal nature of the request, they already had a clear image of the ID and a clear photo of me with it in my hand. I gave the document under protest as their chat agents are not very polite or understanding. Yet they still refuse to give me the money back. And now they are also claiming a blanket wide issue with PayPal withdrawals too. Following a bit of research I discovered that UK gambling legislation requires that gambling companies must provide an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service through an independent third party as a term of them getting their licence to operate in the UK. Betiton’s chat agents don't help customers very much and quickly get irritated if you ask questions. So even when I asked for the details of their Alternative Dispute Resolution provider they initially ignored me. I finally discovered that there Alternative Dispute Resolution Service is IBAS. If you have issues with any gambling company you can contact that company’s ADR and lodge a formal complaint. It’s free. The betting company is bound by UK Licensing Laws and have to pay an annual registration fee to their ADR. The more complaints the ADR receives about an individual company the more they charge as the registration fee. So with IBAS, if a betting firm such as Betiton.com have no more than one complaint in the year they pay just £65 as a fee. So more complaints means a higher fee. If more than 200 people complain the fee finally tops out at £65,000 for the year. This is a great incentive for businesses’ to behave well. I have now lodged a formal complaint with IBAS through their website. It’s free and takes about 2 minutes. Register for a free account and then tell them the circumstances. In addition to this review I have set up a blog on my betiton.com experience. With so many alternative betting sites I would give this company a wide berth. I am not happy with giving such personal ID. And the UK Gambling Commission highlights its concerns clearly stating that betting operators shall not withhold withdrawals on request, even if requiring ID, if they had the chance to request them earlier. If they open your account, accept deposit and allow you to bet, they shouldn’t be able to demand ID at point of withdrawal. This is stalling. My experience is that this is an amateur outfit at best and possibly scammers. They seem to be abusing the GDPR legislation too in relation to Data Protection. Perhaps as they are based in Malta they are simply indifferent to customers in the UK.
I had an account recent, but when I asked them where my Bonus was, they first told me that I was give it and used it, then told me that the offer had change. Another occassion, I placed a bet wrongly with the wrong instructions, and as the event hadn't started, I asked if I could change or cancel the bet so I could place the bet with the correct instruction. I was told the bet was struck and nothing can be done. I found the very poor customer service and closed my account.
the offer is terrible..not so many live events and the withdraw takes many days
