Crystal Palace have shown improved form recently, with some better performances and results in recent weeks, including in their 5-2 win at home over West Ham last weekend, while Newcastle United have also had improved form recently, with some generally much stronger performances and results over recent weeks, including in their 4-0 home win over Tottenham last weekend. I think it could be a close competitive match between these two teams with improved form, and that Palace at home may offer quite a challenge, and while Newcastle do have some strong ability, Newcastle have only won 4 times away in the Premier League so far this season, and I think if Palace perform at their best they could hold out for a point tonight, with a draw at fairly reasonable value at 11/4 as a possible outcome.

Everton have mixed hit and miss form recently, with some poor results, such as their 0-6 loss away against Chelsea, mixed with some better results, such as their more recent 2-0 win at home over Nottingham Forest last weekend, while Liverpool have rather inconsistent form too, having had a mini slump of results including their 0-1 loss at home against Crystal Palace, but Liverpool also getting back to winning ways with a 3-1 win away against Fulham. I think with Everton at home tonight, it could be another potentially quite close Merseyside derby, however with Liverpool having the better overall ability, I think if Liverpool give a strong attacking effort and take their chances, that Liverpool should have the edge to get an away win most likely overall tonight.

Manchester United have mixed to somewhat poor form recently, with a lot of inconsistent and underwhelming performances at times, including having just salvaged a draw away against Bournemouth in the league, and then having questionably inched past a very spirited but unlucky Coventry City in the FA Cup semi-final. Sheffield United have struggled still more with mixed to poor form recently too, and most recently paid the price for failing to take their chances in a 1-4 loss at home against Burnley. Manchester United are at home for this match tonight, but with their struggles including against sides lower in the table (and lower leagues) recently, I think that while Manchester United have better ability, they may slightly lack value tonight, and that if Sheffield United can learn from their recent missed opportunities against Burnley, and give a better effort with more clinical finishing and focus defensively, then Sheffield United may yet be able to grab a surprise away win against a shaky Manchester United, with an away win for Sheffield United at somewhat reasonable value at 17/2 tonight.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have mixed to poorer form recently, with a mix of draws and losses in most of their recent matches, while Bournemouth have quite mixed form too recently, with some better results but also having more losses and the occasional draw in most their recent matches. Despite mixed form both teams still have somewhat reasonable ability, and with Wolves at home I think they should be able to get at least a point this evening, but that Bournemouth may be able to prevent them getting more, with a draw between these two mid-table sides a quite plausible potential outcome at fairly reasonable value at 13/5 this evening.

Arsenal have mixed to reasonable form, generally performing well but still with some occasional telling slip ups, while Chelsea have mixed hit and miss form, with some good wins offset by some poorer losses. Arsenal are at home tonight, and do have the better recent form generally, as well as Chelsea missing some players, but I think Chelsea still have the ability that if they give one of their better performances, Chelsea could grab a surprise point away tonight potentially, with a draw at somewhat reasonable value at 4/1. 

Crystal Palace have a bit mixed form recently, somewhat inconsistent with results but showing improved performances at times, while West Ham are also a bit mixed and hit and miss at times recently, but also capable of some good competitive performances too. I think today with Palace at home, that while West Ham may bring a challenge, that if Palace build on recent positives, they could hold out for a point quite possibly today, with a draw a quite plausible outcome at fairly reasonable value at 5/2 today.

Everton and Nottingham Forest both have mixed to somewhat poor form recently, with both teams needing points to seek to avoid relegation. Everton have had a bit worse results recently, but are at home today, and Forest have only won twice away this season. As such I think a close competitive match is likely, with a draw a quite plausible outcome at fairly reasonable value at 12/5 today.

Luton Town and Brentford are both in need of points as they seek to avoid the possible risk of relegation, with Luton particularly needing to get a win if they are to improve their chances. Luton are at home today, but Brentford will bring some ability to offer a challenge, and I think a close competitive match is likely, with a draw a quite possible outcome at somewhat reasonable value at 14/5 today.

Sheffield United and Burnley both have mixed to somewhat poor form recently, struggling for results, and while Burnley arguably have slightly better ability, Sheffield United are at home today, and I think the Blades may be able to hold out for at least a point, with a draw a quite plausible potential outcome at fairly reasonable value at 13/5 today.
