Will Teasle

Two year old La Samana makes her racecourse debut and is given an each way chance in this nine runner maiden in which she receives the fillies' allowance. She is a daughter of Steel Woman whose two year old record was 31 and who went well on a soft surface. That mare produced four winning half-sisters to La Samana including the useful Jimmy Two Times who won his first two starts, soft ground sprints, at the age of two and, later, scored in Group 2 company. Trainer F-H Graffard won this race last season and both he and jockey Maxime Guyon are going well.
