I like to research profitable trainer angles in handicaps. Each day I'm presented with a shortlist and I assess the form of each runner. I don't mind backing short priced runners to keep the strike rate up but the real money is made backing unexposed horses at big prices - if you can handle sometimes getting no run for your money. Typing comments is a complete waste of time. I could spend hours in a month, have a bad run and have nothing to show for it.
