OLBG (The Online Betting Guide) is excited to announce they’ll be extending their yard sponsorship with Harry Derham Racing (HDR) for a further five years.

This extension follows Harry Derham racing achieving its 100th winner this week, with the remainder of the season to go. Harry's century arrived after only 464 runners, a fantastic accolade with many top trainers all having had many more runners before reaching their first century of winners.

Reaching this milestone so quickly is a testament to the outstanding form and momentum that HDR has built, with consistent performances on the racecourse while navigating a young business's growth.

The sponsorship between OLBG and HDR began in January 2024 and has grown from strength to strength.

OLBG has helped HDR build an industry-leading social media presence, providing supporters with behind-the-scenes insights and regular updates from the yard. The combination of OLBG’s expertise in content creation and HDR’s commitment to transparency and access has resulted in an immersive experience for racing fans, ensuring they feel part of the journey.

The OLBG Racing Club, which has three horses in training with HDR has also flourished under this partnership, growing to a strong community of more than 270 engaged and happy members. This initiative has created an enthusiastic group of racing fans who actively follow the yard, attend stable visits, and experience what it is like to be an owner with HDR.

Harry Derham, National Hunt Trainer and owner of Harry Derham Racing commented on the sponsorship extension: “I’m incredibly proud. When you're starting a new business, you want to do business with people that share your vision and ambition. I’m also trying to work with people that are going to be here for a long time and care about what we’re doing. My team are invested in where we’re at now and where we want to go, and Richard and the team at OLBG are the same.

“To have a long-term agreement with OLBG, for us is massive because it means you’ve got that backing. They’re standing by us and I think that says a lot about them. I also hope it shows that they believe in what we're trying to do and that where we're trying to go is achievable.

“Hopefully we'll have lots of really great days together.”

Richard Moffat, CEO & Racing Club Manager at OLBG, added: “We couldn’t be prouder of Harry, his team, and the incredible journey our partnership has taken. From day one, we knew we had backed the right trainer and team, and they continue to prove us right - not just with results on the track, but also with the way they engage with racing fans."

"We are thrilled to extend our yard sponsorship for at least another five years, reinforcing our commitment to being the best yard sponsors we can be. We share Harry’s ambitions and look forward to celebrating the highs while standing firmly by the team through every challenge.

"There is huge support for Harry Derham Racing, and we are proud to play our part by sharing the team’s journey through engaging content. We’re also excited to bring supporters together through the OLBG Racing Club - so much so that, due to overwhelming demand, we’ll soon need to close the club to new members.

"The future looks incredibly exciting, and we can’t wait to develop further ownership opportunities while celebrating many more winners together.”

With the momentum firmly behind HDR, OLBG is excited to continue supporting the yard as it targets greater achievements. The partnership will continue to bring racing fans exclusive content, engaging experiences, and the chance to be part of an exciting and growing racing community whilst looking at other areas of ownership to support the growth of HDR.
