There are Android and iOS apps available in the stores, the Android app scores 3.8 on Google Play with 10,000 downloads however there must be an issue with the iOS app as it only scores 2.0 with only 2 ratings. If you prefer to play via your browser, the site is made with HTML5 technology meaning that you can play on desktop, tablet or mobile, If playing on mobile, it’s better to use portrait mode.

There is a help section but it is not very prominent although once you find it there is some useful information there. There is also not a pronounced ‘contact us’ section.  

Opening An Account

Opening an account on Sun Bingo is straightforward. You just need to press the 'join now' button and fill out your details, which doesn't take long. The site will need to verify your identity by requesting some relevant documents, this is in keeping with UKGC guidelines. 

The following IDs are allowed: 

• For ID:  a photo of your passport or driver’s license.
• For Proof of Address: a bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months.

You need to take a clear photograph of each ID document on your phone, ensuring that all 4 corners are visible and you can then upload your documents via safe links on the site.
