Was a fair middle distance performer on the flat and far from disgraced in their 2 hurdle runs to date, which included a debut in a class 3. Should come on again, good conditional who retains ride allowed 3lb and very good trainer who has come back into form, 1/4 with his hurdlers here last 5 seasons, making current 12/1 very good Ew value in the race.

Interesting revert to hurdles here, as they had been doing well over fences, including a C/D win 3 runs back and a good effort Lto. Is 2/3 here so clearly likes this track, good amateur up claiming 7lb and in hands of a very shrewd trainer, making current 6.50 the Ew play here.

Registered 3 wins last season and made a solid comeback @ Southwell, before not lasting out the stiff 6f @ Newcastle Lto. Retains same mark here, is a C/D winner, decent draw, good apprentice retains ride taking off 3lb and very shrewd trainer best here with his 4yo plus last 5 seasons, making current 25/1 solid Ew value in the race.

Likes to go from the front so is not ideally drawn here, but this is not a big field so it should not be such a big hindrance. Has been getting run out of it close to home of late so will need a judged ride here, but has dropped to a very attractive mark of 70. Under used jockey who went will on them 2 runs ago back up and very shrewd dual trainer best here with his 4yo plus last 5 seasons, making current 22/1 decent Ew value in the race.
