Top-class hurdler who hasn't taken that well to fences but comes here with a reasonable mark and should like the ground and conditions.

Smart Form is at his very best when he gets the run of things. He should be capable of placing on his best form and tends to be an underrated horse. He likes good going and ran well at the track.

Not quite the horse he was, but this is a big drop in class from what he has encountered before. He has a good festival record here, so if he still has legs, he could go very close.

He ran second in this race last year against a handicap blot. Whilst shown little since, it means his mark is fine and he should get the win this year.
