100 Spin Test

This 100 Spin test was updated by Steve Madgwick on 27/06/2023

100 spins is not a Real Test

We give every slot a 100 spin test to see just what it can do, or not as the case can often be - 100 spins is no reflection of the likelihood of any other 100-spin session, as RTP's are set over many millions and probably billions of spins. So this 100 spin test is just for entertainment and insight purposes

Element Outcome
Session RTP 76.9%
Win Frequency Very High 37/100
Biggest Base Game Win 18x
Spins to Bonus 2
Bonus Paid 26.5x
Time Taken for 100 Spins 9 Minutes
Average Win Value over 100 Spins 2.07x - 1.36x*

* Overall average winning spin was 2.07x; when removing the bonus round win of 26.50, it drops to 1.36x for base game winning spins.

The Spin Test criteria can be found at the bottom of the page

Test Comments

Good Old No Limit City, what a theme, what a game!! - You could have knocked me down with a feather when I hit the bonus round on only the second spin, rarely do we see bonus rounds achieved in just 100 spin tests on this studio, but here we are grabbing a nice 26.5x bonus to get us started.

The winning spins came thick and fast after that with a very high frequency of 37 wins in 100 spins, averaging out at 1.36x, resulting in a session loss of 23.1 for a 76.9% RTP - Not bad all in all.

It's not a galloping game either, the features take a moment to animate, such as multipliers and the wilds, so all in all a nice session, some good potential, and yet another unique slot game from NLC

Game Data

It’s time for a different way of playing Nolimit City games with Walk of Shame’s medium volatility a massive surprise against the various releases that they’ve been bringing out in the past 18 months. This one though seems rather personal than other slots that the provider has released with lots of easter eggs and hints at the buyout of Nolimit City by Evolution Gaming.

The top premium symbol is this game has an uncanny resemblance to CEP and Co-Founder of Nolimit City Jonas Tegman and there could be a reason why it’s called Walk of Shame. Other Evolution Gaming easter eggs feature on the backdrop of the reels with Bonanza gems showing on the right of the reels (from BGT) as well as Gonzo sat on the right (from Netent).

Stakes in this game start at 20p and go up to £100 with the RTP set to 96.04%.

Graphics, Music, and Sound Effects

Walk of Shame brings us the most interesting Graphics that we’ve seen from a slot in a long time with the background of the loading screen instantly showing you the aftermath of what looks like a messy party from the night before. With alcohol spilt all over the tables, toilet roll spread of the floor and a beer pong game that looks to be still in progress it looks like the people had a good time.

The symbols feature different drinks for the lower types and different people who have attended the party as the higher premium symbols. Mr E himself is a scatter symbol alongside the plaque that shows his name which is the main scatter symbol.

The music that features in this game is your generic bar music that you’d hear almost everywhere in the 80s and 90s, almost INXS-esque. The soundtrack is extremely cool and fits the slot itself perfectly with the noises you hear when symbols land also generic for Nolimit City slots.

Key Features

As with all of our slot game reviews it’s important that we go through the different features in the game so that we really get to grips with it before we play.

We’ll go through the Walk of Shame theme as well as telling you the best features in the game.

Theme – Crazy Party

The theme of Walk of Shame is one that we haven’t really seen before with the party theme similar to the famous scene in The Hangover where Mike Tyson comes in and punches one of the boys in the face. All we’re missing is a pet Tiger! Mr E. seems to be an essential character in this game with his name more than likely standing for Mr Evolution after the name of the company that acquired Nolimit City.

Different characters for the premium symbols may even hint at different people who have worked for the company with so many in-house jokes surely on this slot that the normal player like ourselves will have no idea about. As we said earlier the main symbol looks like Nolimit City’s very own Jonas Tegman with a Nolimit City t-shirt on, as well as some elephant underwear complete with a big trunk.

Reels

Walk of Shame features 5-reels and 3-4-4-4-4 rows.

Paylines

There are 768 winways in Walk of Shame.

RTP

As with every slot game one of the most important bits of information is the Return to Player and it’s no different with Walk of Shame. The RTP in this game is 96.04%.

As always this percentage is not the same everywhere and online casinos often alter these figures according to their current policies. To spare you the trouble, we shared a list of UK casinos where you can play this game and the respective RTPs found there.

For an even more informed decision, we advise you to check our reviews and read about the casino's welcome bonuses and deals, game libraries, customer care, payment options, and other things available in each casino.

Stake Range

The stake range will of course vary from different sites with some capping the stake due to its volatility but the Nolimit City site states stakes from 20p to £100.

Max Win

The Walk of Shame online slot limits the maximum win at 9,822x the player’s bet.

Free Spins

Walk of Shame has two bonus rounds that both need Invitation Scatter symbols to land.

Landing 3 or 4 Invitation Scatter Symbols triggers 10 or 15 One More!!! free spins respectively. One More!!! free spins sees each landed Loaded Wild adding +1 to the win multiplier which stays there until the feature ends. Landing a Mr E Scatter also upgrades you instantly to the Super Bonus of All Nighter.

The All Nighter bonus lands when you hit 3 or 4 Invitation Scatter symbols and a Mr E Scatter to trigger 10 or 15 All Nighter free spins. In this bonus Mr E remains on the first reel throughout the free spins which then acts as an xSplit symbol. This can then lead to some massive wins along with loaded wilds.

Jackpot

The Walk of Shame online slot game doesn’t have a jackpot prize but does have a Max Win of 9,822x available to be won in a single spin.

OLBG has a page where you can find the best jackpot slot games if you are genuinely interested in such titles with big jackpots available.

Play Experience & First Impressions

My experience of Walk of Shame is completely different from the majority of Nolimit City slots that I have played before and that is mainly due to the medium volatility in this slot that is a big difference from most of the games that they have previously released. Having a medium volatility makes it a lot more of a simple slot to what they’ve previously released although it still has some core Nolimit City features such as xSplit and multipliers that we’ve grown to love in recent months.

You really get the feeling that this game is personal to the developers of the slot with so many easter eggs on the reels and in the slot itself that pokes fun at various members of the industry. It’s definitely one of celebration that looks at Nolimit City’s deal with Evolution Gaming but does it in that tongue in cheek way that we’ve grown to love from Nolimit City.

Walk of Shame is definitely a game that we’ll go back to playing despite not having that massive x win potential that we’ve seen from Nolimit City before. The 9,822x max that we see in this game is still nothing to be ashamed of with that massive potential able to be hit.

The two bonus features in this game are fun with the potential easy to see for some massive hits with xSplit being able to be used in these bonuses in fun manners. We think that this game will prove popular amongst Nolimit City games despite the lower potential and again it’s one that we’ll constantly go back to.

Expert Verdict

The overall feeling for Walk of Shame is that Nolimit City will not be changing how they produce their games despite the takeover of the company by Evolution Gaming. This slot feels like a shout of to their players over the years and tells them not to worry about the takeover and that they’ll still have their normal wacky games that we’ve grown to love.

The medium potential could well hint at more of these lower potential games over the upcoming months as they grow into the acquisition from Evolution Gaming but we’re hoping that that isn’t the case with the provider famous for those insane volatility games that we love to spin!
