Free Spins
The Free Spins bonus feature is triggered by hitting 3 bonus symbols on reels 1, 3 and 5 exactly like the classic Dog House slot. Activating the Free Spins bonus instantly pays you 2x of your stake and awards you 7 free spins.
This is where it really starts to get interesting with Dog House Multihold’ s Free Spins bonus different to the original The Dog House game. The Free Spins bonus in this game is played on up to 4 different grids all the same as the normal reels of 5x3. The bonus starts with just the first one being active and the only way to open the others up is to hit 3 paws which then unlocks the next grid. The scatter only lands on the final grid that you open up, so when the first two grids are open you can then only land paw symbols on the second one.
The Wild symbols in this feature turn sticky with wilds transferring over to the next grid as you go along. For example you have 4 wild symbols on the first grid, opening up the second grid will then copy over those 4 wild symbols with them. Opening up a new grid too gives you anything from 1 to 3 extra free spins.

Play Experience & First Impressions
Our play experience for The Dog House Multihold instantly took us back to the days when The Dog House was a fresh new release from Pragmatic Play. It’s obviously tough for us to have different opinions on The Dog House Multihold and The Dog House with both having identical base games and the only difference coming from the bonus round.
We’re big fans of The Dog House though and having the same graphics isn’t a big problem with that classic game always fun to play with the dog symbols and blue skies all contributing to a classic slot. The Dog House Multihold has the same graphics but throws in a cracking bonus round feature that is rare for slots these days.
4 different grids appear and in doing so you instantly can see where the potential for big wins can come from when you start to open up the second grid and even get to the third. As with many Pragmatic Play games this one felt fairly easy to bonus in our test run and in the bonuses we entered we go to at least the second grid.
The 9,000 times bet max win potential is only a tad more than the original The Dog House (6,750 x bet max wins) game but comes in less than The Dog House Megaways (12,305 x bet max wins) which is the only real disappointment in this one with a lower max win not as enticing as what we’ve been seeing from other providers recently.
