I'm going to take a punt on Dandy G Boy who is having his first outing in this maiden .Jamie Insole trains flat horses at Dr Richard Newlands yard and has been a revelation.He started off witha few of others cast offs and did very well and has now got a few blank canvases to work with.He won with a debutant 2 year old on May 1st.

I,m surprised that Fantastic Fox is such a big price.He is coming down to 7 furlongs but its a good test over that distance at AScot so I am not concerned about that.The ground may be on the firm side for him but has won on G/F.Roger Varian thinks the race will suit him and says he is in great form.His draw in 20 looks a positive to me as well.

Caernarfon failed to win a race last year but that is not surprising when you look at the races she contested .Not far away in 3 grp1s and a grp3 she was probably over the top when she ran poorly in a listed event at Salisbury in August.With the stable in good form she is good enough to win this.
