This review will reflect the service offered at a specific point in time. I signed up on the SBK app – there is no desktop version of the site.
SBK immediately feels like the high-end apps that you use in other industries – Airbnb, iTunes, Uber etc. Their strength is in their product design and technology, and far removed from the majority of apps that other sportsbooks have. When you open the app you immediately see the markets starting soon, and I especially like the browse tab at the bottom of the menu, which makes navigation to markets easy.
This is a very strong part of SBK’s service.. It has in-play betting for most sports, covering events across the globe. All of this is across a great interface, clearly sign-posted in the top-left of the screen, or further down the home page, with plenty of stats in-game to help inform your betting. At the time of writing, the in-play options included football, tennis and cricket, but these change according to what’s actually going on at the time.
Live Streaming
Live streaming is available on the SBK app for horse racing, with over 60 racecourses included, and greyhounds in the UK and Ireland. The quality of the stream is very good indeed, and I half expected it to be so given the quality of the app itself.

Bet Builder
You’ll find SBK’s bet builder for events in most sports, just look for the green “BB” underneath the team names. A lot of sportsbooks have pre-built bet builders, and SBK is no different, but they have quite a neat way of presenting them. When you click on a game you’ll see a banner saying: “Game starting soon? This then loads a three-leg bet builder that you can use, ignore, or modify by taking away or adding selections.

This section should only really highlight if there are issues, as the process is almost identical on every site. Within a few minutes of signing up to SBK I placed a couple of bets on different sports, one of which took advantage of the welcome offer, and I used their bet builder feature, which was very good indeed. Placing a bet on SBK is straightforward with the betslip instantly appearing on your screen when you click a selection.
Managing your account

Interesting welcome bonus. Not that punters really care that much about a welcome bonus. But this one is ok. Also live streaming. Good job.
Decent football offers and odds. Doesn't seem to be any problems with punters withdrawing winnings. That's a big positive. Sites don't need to be delaying withdrawals. All under the name of safety. The vast majority of punters are not crooks.
A decent number of sports covered. This site seems ok to me. Might just sign up soon.

SBK probably had the best APP out of all compares to many other sportsbook. SBK interface is fast with many varieties of markets to bet on. The best feature would be the speed of the APP and they way it responded even if you have a slow internet speed.
Another reliable feature would be how fast you received your payment after withdrawal.
Best APP on phone when you want to take a fast live bet, forget about BET365 of Skybet app, SBK gotta be and a must have on your phone/tablet.

Smarkets the exchange has recently entered the sportsbook theatre and as I did much business with Smarkets the natural thing to do was to join their bookmakers site as well. As with any new sportsbook the promotions are somewhat lacking but overall the odds are more than competitive and should be considered as a go to bookie in the future.

I have not used SBK for a while as the app still has some kinks that need worked out and, as far as I'm aware, they do not have a desktop version yet. They do offer reasonable odds and some decent bonuses occasionally so I would like to see SBK succeed but they still have some way to go if they are to compete with some of the bigger bookies.
