Events are not as numerous as you might want and again, markets are slightly limited.

The search button is available when looking for a particular sport and BetMGM now adds their index across the top of the screen, along with icons of all the sports on offer.

BetMGM customer services are available 24/7, this is very welcome as new players often need questions answered.
There is a comprehensive FAQ section although some of the explanations could be a little clearer, less wordy and with a better index system.

“My absolute favorite Sportsbook”
Love this Sportsbook, from early pay out to free bets to easy to use and navigate. and for me personally easy access to multiple pay outs with the mgm being in close proximity to my house.

When I first registered for BetMGM I was not impressed. The site layout was strange and it always seemed to run slowly compared to other sports book apps. However, recently, the app seems to be running much smoother and the layout has improved. They could offer better promos, a 20% boost on a min. 4 leg parlay doesn’t seem like a great deal, but I do like the occasional free bets, even for small bettors like myself. But all in all, with so many other choices and all the ‘extras’ other sites offer, it would take additional incentives for me to switch to BetMGM as my go to sportsbook app.
