GRAIN OF HOPE (8/1) is a consistent type managing three seconds and a win from her four hurdle races at Class 4 level. She was obviously thought good enough to try a Class 1 (Grade3) race last time out and managed a respectable 6th of 11. Today she drops to Class 5, and is nicely weighted to take advantage.

One of two Skelton-trained horses, HOT FIZZY LIZZY is the younger less exposed horse and represents better value. The odds-on favourite, Avakate, looks dangerous if transfering her winning Listed bumper form to this sphere. No good jumping form on offer with the rest of the runners but DAME SARRA (18/1) looks an interesting recruit from the all-weather flat scene and may sneak a place on hurdle and stable debut.
