Alison Hammond is the 6/4 favourite to be Phillip Schofield's replacement on ITV's This Morning
Betting is now available with UK Betting Sites for who the next permanent host of ITV's daily magazine show This Morning will be following the departure of longtime presenter Phillip Schofield earlier this week.
Schofield and Holly Willoughby had presented the show regularly together for more than 15 years but Phillip and ITV parted company after a series of controversies in the presenter's life.
Betway have a full market up for who his replacement will be on the show and it's fan favourite Alison Hammond who leads the way in the betting market at 6/4.
Hammond currently presents the show with Dermot O'Leary on those occasions when Phil and Holly take a break, like this week where the pair are fronting the show in Holly's absence.
Next Permanent This Morning Presenter | Odds | Probability |

What the expert says..
Alison Hammond is the early favourite to be Phillip Schofield's permanent replacement on ITV's This Morning as bosses may look to keep his successor in-house to make it easier for them.
Hammond's usual co-host Dermot O'Leary is the 11/4 second favourite
To regular watchers of This Morning it will come as no surprise that it's Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary who lead the way in the betting to be Phillip Schofield's permanent replacement.
O'Leary has been a regular on This Morning whenever there's been issues with other presenters and has even come in and replaced Schofield in the past back in 2014 to team up with Willoughby on the show.
Hammond and O'Leary have become a double team on This Morning and it's unclear if bosses will want to split them up, but O'Leary is 11/4 to split off from Hammond and step into Schofield's vacant position.
Hammond's usual co-host Dermot O'Leary is the 11/4 second favourite
There has still been no official reasoning as to why Phillip Schofield has departed from ITV's This Morning with his departing statement including, "I understand that ITV has decided the current situation can't go on, and I want to do what I can to protect the show that I love."
Reports in The Sun earlier this month suggested that Phil and Holly's relationship was the lowest it's ever been with the pair barely even speaking between recording the show.
Holly Willoughby put out her own statement on her Instagram page that read, "It’s been over 13 great years presenting This Morning with Phil and I want to take this opportunity to thank him for all of his knowledge, his experience and his humour."
From the various reports that have been put out in the past few days it looks like Willoughby will definitely be staying on as presenter of This Morning, but we'll be watching with intrigue over who her new partner will be.
