Chelsea are second favourites to sign Saint-Maximin during this transfer window
Chelsea sit at 7/2 in the market to sign Allan Saint-Maximin this Summer with Thomas Tuchel still looking to sign players this window.
Tuchel has repeatedly been frustrated at his squad in recent weeks and this was echoed in his comments after Chelsea's 4-0 loss to Arsenal at the weekend.
The German manager stated that he cannot guarantee that his side will be ready by the start of the season in two week's time.
He also said that he needs more signings for his side to be competitive and Saint-Maximin could well be an incoming at Stamford Bridge.
