Game 25
Friday 27th January 2023 - Scottish Championship - BBC Scotland - 1945
Cove Rangers v Ayr United

Ayr
Ayr-Ayr
Over
1-2

Ayr have picked up four points in the two previous head to head this season including a two one win at cove back in august. Ayr have one win in their last four games though remain in second place on the ladder. They have won five of nine away games with a scoring average of just over two goals per away game. Cove sit third bottom though have the weakest defence in the league that I expect Ayr to take advantage of in a predicted two one win.

Game 26
Friday 27th January 2023 - FA Cup Fourth Round - ITV1 /STV - 2000
Manchester City v Arsenal

Man city
Draw-man city
Over
2-1

Arsenal beat city in the semi final when they last met in the cup in 2020 and the top two in the premiership should field full strength teams in what is expected to be a hard fought battle. City beat Chelsea by four goals at home in the last round and led by Haaland up front combined with the home advantage gives them the edge over this arsenal team. I expect both to score given their form though predict city to get the win by the odd goal in three.

Game 25
Friday 27th January 2023 - Scottish Championship - BBC Scotland - 1945
Cove Rangers v Ayr United

Draw
Draw/Draw
Under
1-1

Cove Rangers will play at home against Ayr in another Scottish Championship match. The visitors are above their current opponents in the standings and it must be said that they look more confident throughout the season. In the two head-to-head meetings, there was one draw and one away win. On Friday, the chances of the opponents are about equal and a draw looks like a very likely result.

Game 26
Friday 27th January 2023 - FA Cup Fourth Round - ITV1 /STV - 2000
Manchester City v Arsenal

Man City
Man City/Man City
Over
2-1

Man City will take on Arsenal in the FA Cup match. Both teams are fighting for first place in the Premier League and so far Arsenal looks stronger in this fight. They are 5 points ahead of their rivals in the championship and have a game in hand. But the cup is the cup, everything is decided in one game. In the last 5 h2h meetings, Man City were stronger and their victory looks more likely

Cove v Ayr

1x2: Ayr
HT/FT: Ayr / Ayr
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 1 - 2

Ayr are second in the table and having played the same number of games are fourteen points ahead of Cove. They have played each other twice before and Ayr have taken four points from those two games. Ayr have picked up seven points from their last four away games. Cove have collected five points from their last four home games. The last time Ayr travelled to Cove they came away with all three points. So going for them to do so again.

Manchester City v Arsenal

1x2: Arsenal
HT/FT: Arsenal / Arsenal
Over/Under: Over
Correct Score: 1 - 2

I know this is the FA Cup but in looking at the Premiership, Arsenal are five points to the good of Manchester City with a game in hand. With the form that Arsenal are showing they look to have a decent chance of doing the double if they can get the better of Manchester City. Neither side will want this to end in a draw and so add to the list of fixtures they will have to play. The last time these two teams met in the FA Cup was in a semi-final game and it was Arsenal who progressed to the next round. Arsenal have been playing well away from home, winning their last five away games and keeping a clean sheet in four of them. In all but one of those games they have scored at least two goals. With Manchester City’s home form you have to think that they will score so going for the way win and both sides scoring.

Game 25
Friday 27th January 2023 - Scottish Championship - BBC Scotland - 1945
Cove Rangers v Ayr United

1X2: Ayr United
HT/FT: Ayr / Ayr
UNDER/OVER: Over
CORRECT SCORE: 0-3

Cove Rangers are 8th in the Scottish Championship and are in fairly poor form at the minute. Cove Rangers have only won 1 of their last 7 games in the Scottish Championship and have recently conceded 6 goals in a game twice against both Inverness and Queens Park. Ayr United are 2nd in the Scottish Championship and look likely winners here considering the poor recent defensive record of Cove Rangers. 8 of the last 9 games in the Scottish Championship for Ayr United have finished with over 2.5 goals scored so Overs looks likely.

Manchester City v Arsenal

Man City
Man City/Man City
Over
3-0

Premier League champions Manchester City have won 12 of the last 13 head to head meetings with Arsenal so although a lot is being made of the fact that Arsenal are top of the league at the minute, they're going to get a real test of their credentials at the Etihad Stadium tonight. 9 of those 12 Manchester City victories have also seen over 2.5 goals scored so I'm backing a City win with over 2.5 goals scored.

Cove Rangers v Ayr United

Ayr United
Draw / Ayr
Over
Cove Rangers 1 Ayr United 2

Cove have won one and drawn twice from their last 5 matches. They have same form over last 5 home matches of a win and 2 draws.
Ayr have won twice and drawn once from last 5 and their form over last 5 trips is also same with 2 wins and 2 draws. A win would make them reduce Queens Park's lead at the top to a point as the leader face 3rd placed Dundee so I fancy Ayr to be in high spirits having won during their first leg visits of the season.

Manchester City v Arsenal

Arsenal
Draw / Arsenal
Over
Man City 1 Arsenal 2

Arsenal lead Man City in league by 5 points with a game in hand so they can afford to field a strong side as their next PL match is against struggling Toffees whereas City will face Spurs in next league tie and after falling to Saints in League Cup, this remains their best chance of trophy at home but as Gunners come after a late win over Man United in last round of action in league, Arteta's men will be in high spirits and I feel they can overcome City here.

Both of these teams would be happy to go out the Cup if it meant they won the league.City have won the last 5 meetings but Arsenal have won the last 2 FA Cup meetings.I believe both teams will put out a strong team and as Man City are the home team,I favor them to shade the match which would give Arsenal the big advantage to win the league.

Game 25
Friday 27th January 2023 - Scottish Championship - BBC Scotland - 1945
Cove Rangers v Ayr United

Cove
Draw/Cove
Under
1-0

Ayr are the higher team but Cove have lost only 1 of their last 5 home games and have beaten Queens Park and Dundee here who are 1st and 3rd in the table.Ayr have lost 3 of their 9 away games and I suspect this game will be closer than punters think.I am going for the home underdogs to get a win tonight as the visitors have conceded 9 goals in their last 5 away games.
