Key Disciplinary Games - Group Stages

Obviously, any game has the ability to throw up yellow and red cards,

It is often to do with the lack of authority of the referee or when neighbouring countries take each other on such as Russia v Ukraine or in the final games when qualifying is at stake.

We have highlighted four games that have the ability to get out of hand on the bookings front.

Three because their records in qualifying have shown a level of indiscipline, and one England v Scotland due to years of rivalry + it could be in crucial on which home nation progresses.

Date Match
13th June Austria v North Macedonia
16th June Turkey v Wales
18th June Croatia v Czech Republic
