Winner at Newcastle in November. Has remained in decent form since including on turf at Nottingham and Catterick last month. Should be bang there once again.

Only seen once last season after winning at Pontefract this time last year and below that level so far since returning but is back down on that last winning mark now and drops back into class 5 so reasons to be positive this afternoon.

Picked up a couple of victories during the winter and ran well back on turf when 4th at Beverley earlier this month. Not one for maximum faith given that he's 0-12 on grass now but should be capable of running well once again.

3 time all weather winner who is 0-6 on turf but just keeps finding one too good, as was the case when 2nd at Yarmouth last month. 3lb rise for that is a bit harsh but Oisin Murphy booked again so connections clearly expect another big run.

Really solid performer who took a step forward from reappearance when 3rd at Ascot earlier this month. Dropped a lb for that and just 1lb above last winning mark now so should run very well.
